Dear YouTube,
Like billions around the world, I loved your platform. Respected the power it gave everyday people to tell their stories, report their truths, and build something meaningful from nothing but a phone and an idea. That’s why I started a news commentary channel called Blue Azul’s a small but growing voice trying to bring insight, not harm, to the world.
But that voice was silenced, abruptly, and without warning.
My channel was taken down for what you called “spam, deceptive practices, and scams.” No warning. No first strike. No second strike. Just gone. My appeal? Denied. Your explanation? A generic policy violation notice with zero clarity. That’s not community. That’s not accountability. That’s not even decent customer service.

You say you value creators. But when creators invest hours, days, months, years building a video library, crafting thoughtful content, and engaging their audience, and then one day it all disappears with nothing but a generic message… that’s not a partnership. That’s betrayal.
Let’s talk about what it takes to make one video. Research. Writing, Filming, Editing, Publishing, Promoting, Repeat. Now multiply that by dozens of uploads. All that work—wiped out in a moment.
This isn’t just about me, It’s about the principle. If creators are expected to follow your rules, shouldn’t YouTube be expected to communicate clearly? Isn’t that what trust is? I never wanted to harm your platform, I never promoted scams, I never spammed viewers. I built a community with honesty and if I made a mistake, show me what it was. Show me how to fix it.
Without transparency, there’s no fairness and without fairness, there’s no trust and without trust, there’s no future for creators like me.
To whoever is listening at YouTube, I’m not here to fight, I’m here to be heard.
I’m asking you to treat creators like people, not liabilities. I’m asking for a real explanation. I’m asking for a second look.
Because this platform meant something to me.
Right now, I’m grieving what was taken, without warning, without reason, and without a chance.
Sincerely,
D’Andre Prosise Blue Azul’s creator.
