Cameron Ward from Columbia, Texas a small town with around 3,000 – 4,000 residents. Cam was the local high school quarterback with only one college scholarship from University of Incarnate Word.
That’s all the young man with a strong work ethic and a Mamba mentality like his favorite basketball player Kobe Bryant.
Cam freshman year he won the Jerry Rice Award for most outstanding freshman player in the country.
In his second year his team became the Southland Conference league champions.
He transferred to the Washington State Cougars. He was 12 – 13 a lot of passes were dropped during these years. After his graduation he had another year of eligibility left and he took he services the the University of Miami.
Cam Ward is training and getting ready for the upcoming draft in April.
