New York Giants prove the good ole boy system of hiring leads to bad results

Oh, man for years the New York Giants used the system of hiring their friends and family it left some giants fans like me wondering where things ever gonna change.

To my surprise, the Giants actually didn’t do this time when they hired coach Brian Daboll the Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator to coach the team then-coach Brian Daboll did the most unexpected thing he didn’t hire his friends he actually went out and hired the right person for the job.

His first great higher was Don Wink Martindale the defensive coordinator from the Baltimore Ravens this was a great move to pull off and a great hire Don Martindale is respected around the league as a defensive genius. Wink Martindale won a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens

Next was Mike Kafka of the Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator who worked with Andy Reid for five years. He spent five years as an assistant to coach Andy Reid and two as the team’s quarterback coach and passing game coordinator. Mike Kafka also won a Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The friend he brought over was coaching Laura Young she’s director of coaching operations and the Giants first woman female coach.

This diverse group of coaches from around the league has led the giants to a 4-1 record in the first five games of the 2022-2023 season for the New York Giants.

The New York Giants have had multiple player injuries, but that hasn’t stopped them from winning games. Things are looking up in New York City and I hope they continue to look this way.

Things are looking good right now let’s hope it stays that way this is deep from Daps Sports y’all won’t try to take it easy and remember go Big Blue.
