I haven’t always been into politics and like most low information voters, I thought the President held the bulk of the power in the United States of America. That’s was a terrible assumption on my part, thinking the President held the most power, led me and many Americans into thinking, do everything possible to get the parties candidate into the office and everything would be okay. So, I did everything in my power to help get Obama elected, only to be left with more disgust for him than I had for President Bush #43.

After watching Barack Obamas waste eight years of my life inserting a Neoliberal agenda, left me feeling hopeless especially when his whole campaign was hope and change. He was my greatest hope and my biggest disappointment. His invading of Libya proved to all Blacks he was a trojan horse candidate, inserted as a symbol for progress.

He started with control of all three branches of government under Democratic control. His Neoliberal agenda led to him lose both houses of congress, because he was afraid to do, what the people of America elected him to do.

Mitch McConnell who is worth an estimated 23 million, has been absolutely owning the Democrats for ten years in the Senate or that’s what neoliberals want us to believe. Congress agrees on all foreign wars and disagrees on all social issues in order to make Americans think they are working hard on our behalf. The majority of Americans agree on Medicare for all, not just democrats but republicans also. Congress puts money over every American’s health, so even though the majority supposed to rule, money runs our congress.

The House of Representatives control by Nancy Pelosi who is worth a whopping $120 million. Profits from not bringing up the vote for Medicare for all, she doesn’t want a vote on the issue because the elected officials that due her bidding will get voted out of office for a more progressive representative who will work on behalf of the people.

I need help pushing elected officials into passing Medicare for all. I live in Virginia my Senators have just started hearing from me and I plan on being a thorn in Mark Warner and Time Kaine’s feet, arms and legs until they not only support Medicare for all but openly advocate for the legislation. I know it’s a tough task but it’s the only one way an acorn becomes an oak, you start, then grow.

If I can get at least 50 dedicated people to stay in Senate congress members’ online accounts and let their presence be known without going overboard. A thousand well time tweets can be much more effective than getting blocked for letting them know they are cowardly, sellout, pieces of shit.
